Welcome to Authentic Beyond the Couch. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, workshops, courses, and digital materials (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing, registering, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Use

All content, materials, and resources provided through our website, workshops, and courses are for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in our Services does not create a therapist-client relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for workshops, courses, digital downloads, or other products once purchased.

If you are unable to attend a live workshop, you may apply the full amount paid as a credit toward a future workshop of equal or lesser value within six (6) months of the original purchase date. Credits must be used by contacting us directly at [insert email address] before the workshop date.


4. Cancellations or Rescheduling by the Company

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a workshop or course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be given the option to transfer your registration to a future event or receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, workbooks, and course content are the intellectual property of Rhapsody Counseling / Authentic Beyond the Couch and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, or resell any portion of our materials without prior written consent.

6. Personal Conduct

We strive to create a respectful and safe environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the principles of the group. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our workshops, courses, and materials are for educational and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or emergency mental health care.
By participating, you agree to release Rhapsody Counseling / Authentic Beyond the Couch and its facilitators from any liability arising from your participation or application of material learned.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or registration forms will only be used to process payments, communicate with you, and provide purchased services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
